We have had a wonderful experience working with this company. We bought a beautiful well built building 10x20 and it was delivered and place exactly where we asked them to place it. They made it easy for my in-laws to pay even from another state. Wonderful people to work with!

Ordered a custom shed from these folks several months back and it was delivered and is perfect! I did however an issue with the locking mechanism and sent a email letting them know. Holly, who runs the Dahlonega branch responded within 30 mins and scheduled a time the next day to come fix the lock. She came out and replaced the locking mechanism in 20 mins while I was on a work call and was on her way. The customer service here is excellent and Holly was awesome to work with! If you have any issues or questions she will get them taken care of in no time! Highly recommend

Holly was GREAT! We were able to come in and picked out the shed my husband loves. Delivery was quick (about a week and a half). We are so happy!! (Also, Holly had the cutest little assistant when we were there!)

Appalachian Shed Co (Murphy NC) was amazing to deal with. Easy to read posted prices & discounts, and the owners Andy & Piper were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The purchase was easy, but I gotta tell you - the delivery and set up by Phil (Mountain Shed Movers) was IMPRESSIVE! He is certainly a professional! It was unloaded & leveled within 20min! A+ experience

Great company to buy a shed from. The owners were very helpful from start to finish. The entire buying process including delivery and set up went smoothly. We bought two buildings and may add another in the future. We highly recommend them.

We do not recommend this company nor their suppliers- Custom Built Structures out of Mt Airy NC. We we told this process would take 6 weeks. We are at 5 months and our building is still incomplete! They do not show up when they say they will and have came without materials needed to complete the job 3 different times. Now they are sending a sub contractor to finishes what they started. It has been a total nightmare! Another prime example of why you should never pay in full till job is completed. Bad on us!

I ordered a building that had to be custom built, the people I worked with are very helpful and knowledgeable, they got me exactly what I wanted, in a short amount of time, I recommend anyone wanting a shed or cabin to Appalachian sheds in Andrew's NC, I give them 5 stars, they are great!

We order a lean style carport with built in shed with roll up door. They accommodated our time line. The crew came in and put the entire structure together from 3-7pm. 6 men worked as a team and knew exactly what and where each part should go. We’re planning on ordering another structure from them in the future. Eagle owners have have integrity! We highly recommend.

Would not recommend. While the people that run this place are very nice the main office sucks. They are not very clear on refund policies and no where on the papers I got did it say a refund after 10 days was lost. Then they said if the building was finished that we couldn't get a refund. They first said ours wasnt finished then came back and said it was so not even a partial refund. That's alot of money for a single mom of 3 to even come up with let alone lose. So I will never recommend or so business with them again.

Awesome service! From start to finish wonderful folks to work with. Helped us pick out the perfect building and even babysat it for a while while the weather hindered our preparations for our building's sight. Delivery was fast and extremely exceptional. We are so impressed! I would highly recommend these folks for any storage building needs. We hope to be back for another!

Well built shed - but I decided to paint it myself. This picture is after I finished cutting in the paint. I decided to have it built on site as I didn't have an area where a flat bed truck could drop the shed. I was told by my sales person that I could expect it to be built in 4-6 weeks. This wasn't the case - it was more over 10 weeks. The company was NOT proactive in keeping me "in the loop". They didn't call me, text me or email me as to when I could expect the building - unless I called. I was told to expect it several different times before the assembly crew showed up. In this modern day of communication - I think you could reasonably expect some contact. They need some project managers - they are sorely lacking. If I had to do it over again, I would probably go with Home Depot and Tuff Shed - they might be more expensive - but at least they contact you.
