They r so friendly and the people there treat u like family they greet you when u first walk in. They make sure to answer any questions you have if u need more time to pay they work with u. They also have Ruby there she is great she is Spanish speaking great women Also Alexis is there she is great if I had to pick two people they are the ones to go too. They will also get u the best deals they can. Go check out Castle in Berryville they are great.

Castle Pawn is a very good place to rent/buy from. Plus the layaway is a great way to buy things in long term if you cant afford it. I just wish the credit that you spent to them would go towards your credit score. I've been with them for many of years. Yes, i was satistifed so i came back. I wouldn't choose any of the stores to buy from the customer service and the manager there. Mitch is a very good guy. He works with well with custkmer service in every possible way. I'd recommend the store to anybody. I'm very pleased with their satisfaction and Customer Care.And that's the reason why I came back to them. They continued to take care of me for many years.And they continue to take care of me now.I would not have it any other way. As long as mitch York the manager sticks around. I will continue to stay and keep coming back.I wouldn't have it any other way. Especially love the royalty club they have.
