The new Store Manager Misty there is really rude never had a problem until she took over I repeatedly requested to be taking off auto pay back in Oct cause I got a new job and they didn't not sure why she gives me a hard time just to make a payment it just her the other employees are fine she starts a argument and doesn't listen not very good customer service

We came to Yuma for emergency medical treatments and needed a rocker recliner for my husband for our long term hotel stay. We were warmly greeted by Francesca and Misty. They only had one chair in stock and made it a priority to get the chair ready and delivered the next day. We are so grateful for their care and amazing customer service. We highly recommend them!

Was hooked up with a queen sized mattress that was like brand new for 350 and the bed frame which worked great and lasted a long time never had any issues what so ever
