The guys that they have now are very lazy and have poor communication. Washer was delivered late to my home and then three days later wanted a payment from me and I had only had it in my home for three days. Idk where Jeremy went but they need him back asap! Said they came to my home to deliver the washer and no one was home and that’s was a lie! My son waited all day for them and they never showed up and I had to call them two days in a row. Get some one who wants to work

Initially everything was great and I had the best experience until I was given the wrong amount for my payments, but that was figured out and I went with it. The delivery was great, customer service , top tier! I have my items for a couple of days and notice bugs (roaches) it has been raining so my husband and I convinced ourselves they came from outdoors. I see a few more over the next week and have NEVER had them in my home. Since the washer and dryer were previously rented I figured the previous owners may have had them. Contacted the store and they immediately said they would get me new machines from a different store. Almost like they knew they were infested. I received a call back stating that none were available but that I could get a brand new set at no additional cost in two weeks. Time goes by and the new sets are in but now I have to pay an additional 700 dollars when I was not told that. Now I have to pay for someone to come and get rid of these bugs because store bought items aren’t cutting it. Just be careful and mindful. I will be calling to return because I have two very young children and cannot stand it. I don’t believe it’s a bad store but communication was terrible and my experience even worse.
The guys that work at the wetumpka store in Alabama are the sweetest and kind caring ppl. They will try to help you out in anyway they can as long you stay in touch with with updates. They answer all my questions I ever asked them

Nice clean...People were on top of there jobs...And were very friendly...If you had questions they didnt mind answering them..No matter how long...Go there I highly recommend them..

I love the customer service here! The assistant store manager, I can’t remember his name, I think it’s Jeremy but he set me up with all my household needs and made sure I was good to go. Names showed up 20mins before delivery time and was fast paced but thorough. Awesome service guys!
