Do not rent anyyyyyyyything from here they hound you to come in be a customer then treat you like crap once you sign the contract. Had been in the hospital sick missed a payment 4 days they show up to take the washer and dryer no compassion or nothing . They better not ever call me asking me to be a customer again

Really nice people help me get a washing machine order and got it delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered and also got it early in the day am very happy with them thank yall so much. And they set it up for me and make sure it worked.

I’m a returning customer and wanted to get some more things after settling my account and paying off everything. Get here to this store and was not a pleasant experience and felt overall disrespected. They don’t call and update you on your application which is the most unprofessional thing to do. The managers there are rude and disrespectful to returning customers looking to do further business but after my visit there I would never recommend that store to anyone. They will deny your application if one reference doesn’t answer their phone. Overall I can see why people told me to avoid this store because of how they treat their customers.

The staff was very welcoming, the service was great, and Lasheka (sorry if I spelt your name wrong), was such a great help and very understanding! I would definitely recommend shopping with Rent-A-Center. Thank you all for your great customer service!
There communication and professionalism is terrible. They approved me for a credit of 2200.00, I came in made an order, made a payment, placed a credit card on file for my future payments. Provided all my references and co-signer. I called the store after signing my rental agreement and asked that now that I’ve signed the rental agreements could I come by and complete the paperwork for an adult to take ownership of the products that I’ve rented but instead lied to about the paperwork after I got there. I checked the employee for lying. Couple days has went by and they have not contacted not one reference or my place of employment. This rent a center on 14th is a scam and very unprofessional.
