Easy online process but once the online portion is completed a rep will call to complicate the situation. Asking for additional payment before delivery and demanding "EZ Pay" be setup. I canceled my order. Good luck.

I brought a bed 2 weeks ago, they've changed the delivery date 5 times. I'm supposed to get it today so I hope they don't change it. I added an box spring and mattress they only added the bed set and not the boxspring and mattress. Had to call corporate on the 4th delivery date. And when I called yesterday they said it would be here Thursday but I corrected it to today. So hope they bring it
