I just wanted to leave a positive review. I only needed a stove for a couple months before moving and it was a super easy process to get one. Fast forward to moving and two of the nicest guys came and picked the stove up for return with no problems. One of them was Jeremy but I didnt catch the other guys name. Thanks for a great experience!

We went in to see some furniture for the church and upon entering they completely ignored us. They didn't serve us until we called their attention. Bad service.
THE STATE IS AMAZING! They're very understanding about most anything, regarding your payments, and are always willing to work with you (within reason). I don't usually shop at rent-to-own companies, but I have nothing but good things to say about this store. DID I MENTION THAT THE STAFF IS AMAZING??

Ordered a laptop. Was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. Filled out all of my paperwork and paid my first payment online. Has been 8 days. It has been at the store since friday. I called to see if i could pick it up instead. Apparently not. Was told yesterday it was scheduled for delivery today. Has not been delivered have to wait until monday. And they keep asking me when i am going to make my next payment. May just tell them to keep and go just buy one. Never going through them again.

Brought the wrong mattress then proceed to say they had to look at the cameras to see which bed we laid on after they were told what color and pretty much where they were in the store an that they were the used ones finally the person that done the order called back an said they would have the right ones there between 3 and 5 today so we will see if they get the right ones this time of not then they will be picking up everything we have from them. And the reason I gave them one star is I work in the same line of business as Aaron's I do deliveries and we make sure we have the right merchandise on the truck before we leave to the customers house.

Our experience with Aaron's has been and IS - so far- great! There was a minor discrepancy in payment arrangements but when we brought it to their attention they adjusted the agreement accordingly and credited it to our next payment. They handled it politely and professionally. On one occasion we were a week late with payment and forgot to communicate... they contacted us and still remained polite and professional about it -- very graceful nice people.
