I want to thank everyone at Royal Furniture. I bought a recliner and all the employees were friendly, patient, and very helpful. I had some specific needs, and they took the time to listen and help narrow down the options that would work for me. They even let me come into the store and spend some time sitting in the chair at the store to be sure it was the what I wanted. I truly appreciate everything Ben and Josh did to help me find the right recliner for me. Top notch service.

The level of professionalism is unmatched. Each & every employee that I encountered from shopping to delivery was so polite & the communication was great thru the entire process. Thank you to both salesmen at the Decatur location & thank you to the delivery guys that delivered on Christmas Eve!

We bought a dining room set from Royal Furniture. Josh was great. He gave us time to look by ourselves and was available when we had questions. Our dining room arrived today. The young men who delivered it were also exceptional.

Ben and Josh are absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked into the store, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. Their knowledge of the furniture, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for great furniture and even better customer service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Dont let the pickle costume fool you !!Joshua Doty and Ben Clowers are very respectful and knowledgable. These 2 made my furniture shopping experience go smooth and headache free. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with our purchase here. A great place i recommend highly to anyone looking for quality furniture.
