I GIVE THE PLACE 0 STARS! The store manager (Sondra) is highly unprofessional and very rude!! I went online and purchased a PS5 Pro 2TB console for rent and I got approved for my nearest location which is here. I called and talked to them and she told me that I’m not in their jurisdiction, so I called 2 other rent a centers near me, but further from me than this location, and they said I’m out of their jurisdiction as well. So I called Rent-A-Center corporate and they said they got everything straight within the store because we were all three on the line (RAC Decatur Al, myself, and RAC Corporate Office) RAC Corporate hung up, so that I could speak to RAC Decatur Alabama location and give them whatever information else that they needed to set up my account since I’m a new customer who has already just made a purchase. So I’m on the phone with a RAC Decatur employee named Joseph and he tells me that there’s nothing he can do until his manager gets back from lunch and that he’ll have her (Sondra) give me a call. I left my number with him and later, Sondra gave me a call. I answer the phone and she says “Is this ________ that called earlier about the PS5 Pro 2TB console purchase. I respond with “yes maam”. Sondra then started speaking to me with an aggressive and condescending tone. She then proceeded to say “Regardless of what Corporate had said, we have a more established way of doing business and we cannot help you” I will not be doing business with this Rent-A-Center ever again. The managers attitude was absolutely atrocious!!!

These people are amazing! Love how they attend customer service! Helping Customer! Totally recommend people if they want to gets things come to his place especially! Wish I can give more 5 stars ⭐️+ there very nice and understanding, good thing they don’t only care about every payment, they trust us as family! Mostly, what I love about this location!

Was having issues with a brand new washer set and a temporary pair till they try and repair the new ones. Jessica handled it t calmly and with professionalism. We were going to return everything but she convinced us to stay. I have no regrets from staying with RAC thanks to Jessica.
