Definitely could be a store that can help you but after receiving a threaten text message and voicemail, I’m just over it… I work at a high profile company and I get off after they close so it’s not like I can’t pay the acct however the way their store hours are I would pay a day later. Sent my mother in the store for me one day to make a payment and the manager bragged about how I always make my payment regardless if I’m a day late but over the weekend I received a text that I have to return the merchandise and then a voicemail talking to me very reckless about always being a day late and how unprofessional it is and with that being said I will need to return the merchandise… I was very upset because there is no grace period at all and the manager has no sympathy at all. It’s his way or the highway. So today I am going to call them and tell them to come pick their stuff up because I just refuse for someone to talk down on me as if I am a child. Same tv I’m making payments on I can go somewhere else and pay cash for a brand new tv… my washer and dryer set I’m making payments on I can go to Lowe’s and pay cash for and get it delivered… I went to them because it suppose to help with your credit but not if I got to be talked down to
At first I would refer anyone to this store, been dealing with them for years but since they have gotten new management it’s been very horrible,I wouldn’t say the whole store but particularly the manager, he’s very rude! I hate that it’s not a corporate office that we could report everything to. The manager left a disturbing, feel like it’s a threat on my voicemail a couple of weeks ago and I’m working with someone to get this handled! It’s ALWAYS an attitude when talking to the manager and unprofessional! I also have a friend that rents from here and have to deal with the same thing concerning the manager attitude….its unacceptable and should be addressed
Horrible Horrible Horrible store. The furniture I chose didn’t fit in my home. Bestway, wouldn’t refund my money. They told me that it was my bank’s responsibility. My bank invested and stated that it was definitely Bestway, job to refund my money so that I lost $181.00. I would never ever go there again. This company Sucks
I'm back again with another review Today I received a debit notification on my checking account alerting a payment of $223 was not able to be processed because I keep my cards locked for security purposes. Over 2 weeks ago I canceled the agreement and asked for a refund because the store manager is insanely rude and nasty and I still haven't received my refund and He will not let me talk to any manager above him or provide any information to me because my account is not active and he's says "He's the alpha and Omega at his store". Honestly I just want my $40.54 back and I just believe hes a liar trying to protect his job. Thank God I'm blessed enough to pay cash for my son's gaming computer I had to wait after Christmas but it was worth the wait. People like this will never get far in life. He's sad.
I really should of read these reviews before I wasted my time, money because I used Uber to get there and energy. Mike the manager was totally rude implying physical altercations to customers with false intent. The young lady who assisted me was not at fault because she was poorly trained. I quickly asked for a refund and left. If I could give -5 stars I would.
