I started going here to the location on mill rd years ago my experience over the years had been ok in the beginning back when they did have management that actually cared about the customers and the quality of the services. That’s back when John was the manager he went out his way to help and fix any issues smoothly. They don’t care about their valued customers who have spent over thousands of dollars with them. Do Not Waste Your Time and Money at this Location save yourself the hassle and energy. I order items that took months to arrive simply because they never put the order in at all, so unprofessional I wish I can give zero stars. That’s not the first time that happened to me at this location!

I been dealing with Get it Now for a long time, but this time they wanna bullshit me around, l got a washer and dryer from them, and it’s been a month and they keep lying and giving me the run around, about my washer, Melissa is the supervisor at this one 76th and mill road, l will never get anything else from them, l call quite a bit and they keep playing games, on person will lie like she’s on another call, they keep asking me my name and saying they coming, but never comes, if anyone knows corporate number could u please give it to me, l am very disappointed, they not professional at all, they get zeros, not even a 1 star, very pissed off and mad, my washer been messed up a month l need corporate number asap, they won’t give me corporate number, l asked several times

Tells you that appointment times does not matter had a 10am-12pm delivery, staff tells me that I have to just wait , reassures me that it will be delivered and To just clear my schedule for the day and wait for the delivery. I seen that it was getting closer to close time, so I call again. they tell me that they are on the way! just for them not to show up and stop answering the phone smh pissed this is ridiculous no excuse for bad communication it’s sad

They gave me a.time of between 1 and 3 for delivery. I called the day before to confirm the time.because of work. I.get.home at 1230 and waited until.almost 3 before i called. They decided to.try and drop off the firniture at 10am, 3 hours before the scheduled time while i.was at work... then the manager is.going to tell me oh well they was.there at 10.. what was.the point of scheduling a time if they will not.abide by it and the manager arguing with me about what time it was.scheduled.
