Horrible place our tv hasn't been working for months and they haven't done anything to fix it but they will only call for payments. Completely rude and they will hang up on you. Truly disappointed

I have never seen so many rude, deceitful and disrespectful people. I was told that these stores are no good but it was the only place that I could afford, and I need a bedroom set because my dresser are busted. Despite the earnings I go into this store. And this sweet guy comes to see how he could help me. So we talk ,and I admit it took two days of deciding what I really wanted and if it was worth putting in my saving 400.00 down. But I went in the second time and I talk to the young guy again and I told him that I wanted the exquisite bedroom set . I explained the I wanted the one with the glass ball and diamond because I want to put metallic rose design and that i wanted the dresser with the glass knobs and rose carvings and specify that I didnt want that plain one. He said sure we can get it. He tells me to wait by the monitor where we were looking at the bedroom set earlier and I waited until he called me. He said that Iris the assistant manager would help me. And we sign some paper, which honestly I did not read. Cant read contracts. She told me that there was an issue, that because they dont have that set that they have to order it for me. She said that we can set it up as a layaway and that way I dont pay interest that sounded perfect because, for personal reasons I had my apt packed up and can't unpack for six months. I wanted everything prepare for when the bedroom set came in. I came up with some more money. And I paid for the bed cash and put down 150.00 on the dresser. So I'm anxious to have my beautiful bedroom I look at the contract. I dont read good enough but I gazed on the words embossed white full sleigh- Embossed white chest. Nockel- Exquisite white Dr, Franch Mr. I called iris right away they check it, the bed and one of the dresses is not what I ask for. She says ok well you dont need it until November anyways so I'll get them to bring you the right one. They made a mistake because both sets have the same numbers. We agree that I would wait and they would bring in what I asks for. But they said that i can unpack my apt now. And my beautiful niece and her husband send me tickets to go to Florida. I go to the store and the manage comes out and I tell him that I would like to take the money that I had paid for the bed and put it on the Exquisite white Dr, French and get at least the 150.00 back cause I needed the money. And I wont be getting my bed room set but at least I'll have one of the dresser when i get back and unpack. That man hit the roof he wasnt listening the sweet young accountant yelled at me he said that I never talk to him. The manger had to hold him back because he got aggressive. No body understood that I didnt want to break the contact, i just wanted them to put my money on the dresser that I wanted not on the bed that I didn't want to buy. Well the manager was so mad he told me that he will send me a check in the mail and that he will charge me 50.00 for breaking the contract. Two weeks have passed and I havent received the check. I called them today they refuse to give me their names. My niece called them and they were just as rude to her. This has never happened to me they cheated me out of my money. So I suggest if you go to Get it Now because you cant afford to go anywhere else. Because very careful because you dont get what you pay for and you dont get your money back

I strongly recommend that you find some place else to buy your furniture! These people have terrible customer service. Iris, and Jason are liars, and they fool you into giving them your money, then if they don’t have what you asked for , they give you something totally different, and act like that’s what you ordered. They give you the run around to get your money back, and try to keep some of your money, by saying it’s a restocking charge. Why would I have to pay a restocking fee if they’re the ones that gave me something that I didn’t order? Why didn’t they just tell me they don’t have what I want, instead of taking my money, and playing games with me? They are rude, liars, and thieves!

This place is a rip off!! I would advise anyone looking for furniture to stay far away from this place! They take advantage of people by acting nice until they get your money. Once you have a problem with them, because they give you something totally different than what you ordered, that’s when their true colors come out.
