These people will harass you constantly and the references you put down! I mean call you every single day even if you’re a day late or communicate with them when you can make your payment! even threatened to come get the furniture which I told them to “DO IT”. Argued on the phone with the general manager for 5 minutes just for her to hang up in my face. and upon checking other reviews people say that they have bed bugs. I would not recommend you shopping from this company.

I bought my furniture from get it now on East Capitol on February 11, the total bill was $1,400. Now they are calling me and harassing me, telling me I owe them $1,800. I have made every payment on time untill July. The reason I stop making payments, is because they called me and told me they were going to pick up my furniture.I was only 2 weeks late. So I did the math and asked them how much I owed and they said $1,200. I told them to come and pick up the furniture because that didn't add up, They have not came to pick up this furniture, and they do not know what they are picking up. They keep on asking me what are they picking up. How you don't know what you are picking up. I bought furniture from get it now before, it was a washer and dryer. They knew exactly what the hell they were calling me about, when I was late They said you are late on your washer and dryer payment. These people asking me to point out what they are picking up, it sounds like some illegal stuff is going on with them, they are harassing me. I told them several times to come and get this stuff it's too big anyway.

I haven't even gotten my furniture yet and I was turned off by how they do their application process. All my references called me and said they made them feel uncomfortable with the questions they was asking about me. Leading them to feel as if they wanted a negative response. Asking my landlord if I pay rent on time? How do I keep my apartment 🤔 Down to my sister also begging me to resend my application and documents to not do business with them. Then I read these reviews!! How is this place still operational? I'm out before yall even try me. Thanks for the honest reviews 👍🏾 #dodgedabullet.

Very unprofessional. I went to get it now to build up my credit history. I will never do business again with this place. I was scheduled for a delivery, took off work and nothing or no one ever showed up. The next day I called they couldn’t find out what the problem was. Then the manager finally call me back and stated that my file had been lost. That’s right my file with all my personal information in it. The manager reassured me it would be found and that I will get my things the next delivery day. Well the next day came and I did receive my things.......several hours after my scheduled delivery time. After I received the items everything was fine, the manager even called and asked if I wanted additional items several months later because I was in good payment status with them. I said ok ordered some more things. I get my items due to covid my husband and I had to put everything in our home. Months after having my items the manager Toya call me and start to ask questions regarding my payments and the due dates. I explained to her that my payments are made monthly what’s the problem. She begin to state that my payments have been late and this has to be effecting my credit score. I told her I am in good standings with get it now reporting on time payments every month. I then told her if she thought I was making my payments so late why offer me more things. This lady has continued to be rude. My payment could be due on the 1st and by the 2nd she’s calling me. They open at ten she has even called me at 8:30 In the morning before they even open. I will be paying this stuff off soon and will never ever do business with this place again.
