I had 3 different contracts with Aarons from January to April. Now, when I buy items from them, I used same as cash where I pay my merchandise off in 4 months. Well , the manager there chris tells me that's the employee that worked there wrote it up to be taken out automatically on a 4 month, same as cash and was terminated for that. When he was standing there when she did it, so he should be terminated as well. This store is a joke and now they're saying I still owe them $70 when I have proof that I paid every dime up from January to April. If anything they owe me money back.\n Chris said corporate is just gonna write the $70 off and they will cover it, because they know, I don't owe them nothing because they know if I owed them $,70, they would be coming after my items that I bought from them. I don't recommend anyone going to this store in Summersville, West Virginia, they are a joke. My husband and I have been a customer with Aarons for almost fifteen years and we are gold customers , and this is how we get treated.

I then was harassed numerous times a day with voicemails from Tommy, stating he wanted his merchandise back and that he was going to take me to court and file charges on me. I try to give them the opportunity to come get it, then they say they can't come get it and want me to return it myself. I tell them that isn't possible as my truck is broke down. Then they say that they will be out to get it, then never show up. And again threatening with legal actions. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
