This is a great recliner! but I'm having issues with closing the recliner it does not work correctly! I'm disabled and I have to get out of the recliner too close it! Im so afraid I'm going to fall when I have to get out of it to close it ! It's a real chore 😞! This will not work for me if it's not fixed correctly! Please help me with this matter 🙏! I am 100% please with this rent a center. I put my order in and 2 days later it was delivered. The bed frame that went to the bed didn't work it was making my mattress sink well they offered to deliver me a different frame and I went and picked up as they delivered a complete bedset and dining room set the day before. I couldn't ask for better customer service skills. I thought I was paid weekly and didn't realize it was bi weekly well I called and spoke to the manager and with a few simple steps I was switched to bi weekly. Phenomenal staff and 100% satisfaction customer service skills.
