The worst store I have ever been, tried to act like it was so much cheaper to buy an Xbox from them instead of going to Best Buy when they were going to charge us over 1100$ when we can go to Best Buy and get one for 600$ it’s the worst store ever

Our go to store, We had a couch for 5 months, ended up not liking it and they let us bring it back and exchange it for a new one and the money we already put into the old one still went towards the new one. It was awesome, Thanks Audrianna and dude that I always forget his name that always works along side with Audrianna.

Okay so I started my order online for a loveseat I picked one then was told to come to the shop so I went to the shop and the lady I dealt with had been fired or whatever then I was told they cannot sell a single loveseat without a couch then they got that approved and texted me saying they got one in and I should come and look at it I called them to make it down payment and they said no that wasn't true they didn't get one and then they said they'd call me back and that was like 2 months ago and never heard from

We paid a deposit so rent a center could order a couch. Keep getting told that the couch was on THE NEXT TRUCK. We'll it's been 3 NEXT TRUCKS later and nothing. After calling twice to get updates we then got hung up on both times. I think we'll pass and just go buy a couch.

The experience was great until I ran 3 days......yes I said 3 days late on a payment. Then I had someone knocking on my door as if I was trying to hide or not pay them, in front of visiting family from out of town. Being completely disrespected,I shut the door in the guys face because apparently, I have to call even though he is standing in my doorway. So since then I have been treated like someone who never pays or is hiding from them. Mind you all that I owe still is $400 on an over $2,000+ couch. Which I am paying by the way.

My father was in a skilled nursing facility earlier this year. We weren't sure how long he would be there, but wanted to make his stay as comfortable as possible. I rented a power lift recliner for a one month period (the minimum length) allowed and paid the entire amount up front. The manager, Ariana, was great to work with and went out of her way to get me a chair as quickly as possible. There was one chair available in Coeur D'Alene, but it had some damage, so we ended up with a brand new chair. My father ended up going home after a week and the chair was picked up and returned to the store with no issues. I was totally happy with the whole experience. However, since then, at least a few times a month I get a call from a salesperson informing me of some sale or upcoming promotion. I've explained each time that it was a one-time need and to please stop calling me, but they persist. So even though my rental experience was great, I would not use them again due to the continual annoying sales calls. They claim that they don't have a "calling list" they can remove me from, so if you ever rent from them, be prepared to hear from them again and again.
