Ever since new management has taken over. I have received nothing less then wonderful customer service. The communication level between management and I about deliveries and/or service has been impeccable. RAC has amazing deals and this new crew is all around the best i have dealt with

We are absolutely in L💙VE with our new Ashley’s Sectional from Rent-a-center! May I add that the customer service there is exceptional, Jesse made the application process so easy and smooth and he was beyond patient with me when going back n forth when it came to deciding what couch would work for my family and space! I wish I would have gotten the two gentleman’s names that came to deliver it today, they were so thorough, very clean when it came to taking the sectional out of all the packaging and setting up, they were very careful and cared about not having the couch scratched up by walls or doorways, and they took their time making sure it was all set up where I wanted it. This team of folks is what is hard to find, specially when leasing. They never made us feel that our business was “whatever”. Also, This 6 months same as cash deal is great! We look forward to much more business with this specific team at rent-a-center. Thanks Jesse for everything, it was absolutely worth the wait!!

We moved here and our shipping container was delayed and then life happened and we needed basic furniture LITERALLY EVERYTHING! 😅 I went to many places and I love the way I’m treated here. You’re not just a customer you’re like family! They know who you are by your name! If you have a concern tell them they address it! This location runs great! And I hope corporate sees you doing well!
