Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Spokane.

Our go to store, We had a couch for 5 months, ended up not liking it and they let us bring it back and exchange it for a new one and the money we already put into the old one still went towards the new one. It was awesome, Thanks Audrianna and dude that I always forget his name that always works along side with Audrianna.

I haven't been into an Aaron's in years. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and organized. The furniture was super cute and trendy. I was greeted by Somorrow. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I will be back. Thank you again Somorrow.

My father was in a skilled nursing facility earlier this year. We weren't sure how long he would be there, but wanted to make his stay as comfortable as possible. I rented a power lift recliner for a one month period (the minimum length) allowed and paid the entire amount up front. The manager, Ariana, was great to work with and went out of her way to get me a chair as quickly as possible. There was one chair available in Coeur D'Alene, but it had some damage, so we ended up with a brand new chair. My father ended up going home after a week and the chair was picked up and returned to the store with no issues. I was totally happy with the whole experience. However, since then, at least a few times a month I get a call from a salesperson informing me of some sale or upcoming promotion. I've explained each time that it was a one-time need and to please stop calling me, but they persist. So even though my rental experience was great, I would not use them again due to the continual annoying sales calls. They claim that they don't have a "calling list" they can remove me from, so if you ever rent from them, be prepared to hear from them again and again.

In order to unload you need to come from the north and in order to enter the territory will have to drive on a road with opposite traffic. There is no door to unload, parking near the building. Be careful when driving around the posts. Friendly friendly staff.
