Let me tell y’all ms sherita and ms Desiree B. are the best. I’ve been looking for a washer and dryer since I moved into my place. I thought they had forgot about me guess what they didn’t and they remembered what I was looking for. They found me one so quick. They are the best and friendly, they also have great customer service. Even the delivery ppl are so pleasant. Yall have a great team and I’m proud to be a customer

They don't care about the customer at all its all about the money. First time i was late and not even the whole payment was gonna be late a half a payment that same day before the day was up they were at my door banging on my window and threatened to hurt my dog if he got out cause my dog was trying to protect their home cause they heard the tone of the manager of the store being hostel, now 2nd they call me before my payment was even due to ask me to pay then when I try to get an extension on my payment till my next check they said straight up no and they need the payment today, yeah never again will I or refer anyone to rent a center ,

I have never had any issues with them in a year up until recently. ASHLEY is very rude and extremely unprofessional! they Will overcharge you for things you did not discusss
