Customer reviews
Very easy to work with. I've always been satisfied with my service from all of the team.
Nice store and variety.Good customer service there.Definitely recommend the tappahannock VA location
They are annoying and they harass you even when they have the payment ! One of the guys also asked if I was single while putting together furniture in my bedroom and that’s creepy
The fact that they accept amazon returns is a extremely excellent thing that they just started. The guy was friendly. It's so close by and not thirty five minutes away. Thx
I came in looking for a laptop and jasmine hooked me up and made it simple whole process took less than 10 minutes
It was a very good experience everyone was very helpful and welcoming I recommend this place very highly
So far I have loved there Customer Service and There very Prompt! I can’t wait to work with them more.
The store manager is really disrespectful and unprofessional I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Really poor customer service. Sold me a sofa used sofa and told me it was brand new I'm assuming they may have just cleaned it before I got it. When I told him about the damage upon arrival he said he would send someone out to fix it took him a month and a half after a bunch of lies and saying he mistakingly gave the guy the wrong number. Check your things over good before you purchase them they will not be honest. Horrible store.👎
