So the store tells me they will deliver after 3 , so I am setting here at 430 , the store is less than 20 minutes from our house .. I call and they have there phone turned off at the store . Just wanted to know if they are completing my delivery and I can’t even get through… I already see where this is going with there customer service. Horrible service!!!!

We originally got a couch that didn’t fit and had to order a new one online through the company during the confusion Austin kept us updated, he was extremely helpful throughout the process if you’re going to ask for anyone Austin is your guy! Honest, reliable, and cares about his customers! Also a big thank you to the moving crew we appreciate y’all so much! Can’t wait to do more business with this company as long as Austin continues to work there lol.

Very nice and helpful, however my husband was laid off and we had to let my computer go back, temporarily. We specifically told them we would be back to get it, more than once. They told me I didn't have to worry about taking my information off the computer if we were going to get it back. I spoke to a lady on the phone a few weeks after it was returned and again said we DEFINITELY want it back we're just waiting for my husbands second check when he went back to work. We had been paying on that computer for a year. 4 days before we were to go get it, they sold it, saying that hadn't heard from my husband. It was in my name and NO ONE called me to verify before they sold it. So now if we go to get another one we have to start payments from the beginning, so we lost that whole year of payments. I am very upset about this and I feel if they said we could get it back they should have held it or at the very least called me before they sold it. And telling them repeatedly that we were getting it back should have stopped them from selling it period.

Had the chance of interacting with a certain Mr John Cregger. I have nothing but awesome words to say about him. I was on a trip with the family and needed some help with appliances for my aunt. John went above and beyond to give us the most epic experience. Would go again.
