I never seen a place like this before I should of stayed with colortyme I know if you explain a situation to them they will understand but at Aaron's if you is a day late matter of fact one hour late they is burning up your phone I'm not always late on my payment but things happens in life this is the worst experience I ever had and I paid off alot of thing at color tyme but like they say stick with the ones you was with my name is Harry GAYLES and I approve of this message

I love this store! The people are so nice and really try to help you with your dream furniture! I've been using them for a few years and I probably won't stop until my house is perfect! Even the electronics through them has lasted! I highly recommend if it's in your budget. And if you're not satisfied just return it and try again.

Only reason I'm giving a 3 stars instead of a 1 star is because the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, no selection and the ones we liked were beyond used and smelled so bad. The one we were looking at was saturated in urine. Couldn't smell it until you lifted the pillows up. There was 1 backrest pillow different from the rest. That made me decide to really examine the couch by lifting the seating up to see what condition it was really in. At that point I was told I shouldn't ever do that. That was alarming and really made me feel the used items should be burned, not resold at regular price. I immediately made a decision to not even bother and absolutely would not trust buying anything used from this place. I knew better than to even contemplate any used furniture but this made it clear to only purchase new. I couldn't wait to get home and get a shower. Bagged my clothes until I wash them. Nobody should leave the store feeling as such. Very disappointed and slightly angry. Do better. You rely on your customers for your store to remain open. I left feeling like this is just a big scam. High dollar for nasty furniture. Feel my money is best used elsewhere. My other thought is, how do I know it's really new if they're trying to get over on people for the overly used products?

My furniture wasn’t 6 months used yet and was already falling apart. Bought warranty on it but was told that they only come out once for a “courtesy repair” then the rest is on me, so warranty is a waste. They didn’t even repair all parts either. Unfortunately customer service is also unwilling to help.

Furniture shopping is not what I would consider a fun exercise. However, my wife and I enjoyed every minute of our shopping experience at Badcock. They have a very chill, no pressure approach, which compared to other stores, was very refreshing. They answered our questions knowledgeably and professionally, but there were no sales pitches or fake smiles. It was just real people, treating us like real people. DeVante was our salesperson, and he was great, but everyone there was as well. We paid for delivery and set-up, which was the same price as other stores, and they also were very professional. Ultimately, my wife got a couch, and I ended up getting a chair elsewhere, but honestly, I would have left them a great review even if we didn't buy anything. We'll be back for sure.

Great customer service all the way around! The manager Machan and her staff are incredible. I’ve made a few purchases from them. Both experiences have been exceptional! I needed to get my sectional repaired and they were right on top of it! First purchase I made, I paid for delivery ($100). Second purchase I decided to pick it up myself. I highly recommend paying for delivery, especially if you are ordering a big set. That gave me a HUGE appreciation for the delivery guys! They need a raise! 🙂

Absolutely fabulous experience and we will definitely be shopping with Badcock again! We ordered two sofas, two recliners, a kitchen table and chairs, and a chair and a half. Not only were the delivery men, Jeremy and J, personable and kind, they were also incredibly professional and exceptionally helpful! The store had a few issues with our order which they worked tirelessly to remedy. They had to make a second delivery of 2 of our items a couple of days after the first and were again on time and professional! Great communication. The prices were also unbeatable compared to any of the higher end furniture stores in Lynchburg. Five star experience!
