Customer reviews
Amazing service! I got 4 18 inch tires and an alignment for roughly 400$, and the tires include a warranty. Everybody at both locations was friendly, and the south location has a whole lounge for you to wait in with recliners while they work on your car. The car came back clean, the technicians were careful not to get dirt or grime anywhere inside.
Awesome experience! From the decked out showroom, to the luxurious client waiting area, to the incredible staff. I bought a set of rims and tires from them online. When I got to the shop to have them installed, I ended up buying another set of tires for my sons truck. Great prices. A top notch shop. Great customer service. Just a great experience all around. They earned my future business for sure.
I got my alignment done & car got worse. I came back & they blamed it on the car for been old 😂 very unprofessional ALSO the guy broke my Key Fob on my TrackHawk & denied it, so i spend alot of $ to replace that keyfob. Worst experience ever! So if you want to get disrespected & get a shitty job come here!
Had a GREAT experience here at Tire Geeks on florin rd. Was greated by a tech named Travis and guided my son and I into there clean waiting room with refreshments and A/C! Then was met by Nemo the manager and he was just as professional. Came in for a 4 wheel alignment and was very pleased that they where low car approved (my Corvette sits about 3ish inches off the ground) and It did just fine, no scraping! 30 day bring back if I need to dial my alignment in any more, thats a Perk! Would return again 100% for wheel/tire needs. Thank you Tire Geeks!
Nemo was very helpful choosing the tire for the rims. Everyone there was very nice and friendly, seems like a family atmosphere. If you’re shopping for rims and tires, check these guys out first, their prices are better than other quotes I got. I would buy with them again and I will recommend them to all my friends.
