Got my Dreamed Wheels at Tires, HK took care of me- well Recommended Shop in town best deal and great customer service
Great customer Service (HK) and like the Rims and I got what I wanted to get.
The most dishonest shop that I’ve ever been to. I was told these tires were brand new and came with a warranty, After only 2 month, the “ BRAND NEW TIRES”were completely bold and unsafe to drive so I went to the store trying to see what they’re going to do about it and see if I can get a refund but the lady at the front desk treated me horribly and was very rude Instead of taking responsibility After I threatened them with a BAR complaint they finally said that they will refund my money. the lady said okay I refunded your money now sign this paper and after I signed I was about to leave she said that she will cancel the refund since she got me to sign the paper she said now there is nothing you can do since you signed the paper that I want you to sign And she went on to cancel the refund so I contacted my bank and they credit me the money. They will be the one to deal with her now The level of dishonesty and disrespect I experienced was unbelievable. My advice to anyone that’s reading my comment pay more money at a real tire shop instead of this place so you don’t have to go through a horrible experience like me
Went there for wheel balancing, quote $50 for job, then later they said will need to install centric rings on the wheel hub, so they add extra $70 for the plastic rings, I looked at amazon for the price, these rings just sell for $10 for set of 4. And it’s super easy to put on, cost no labor, the worst is my wheels are no need to install those rings at all, they just focused on. Plus all they have are floor jacks to jack up your car! Over priced and not honest. They do not have proper equipment to service your car, will damage your car easily and you will not know! Update: 4July 2026 I was driving and the driver behind me pull up and horn telling me my rear wheels are almost fall apart from my axle!!! Thank you so much for the driver who (saved) me from a car accident might had happened to me!! The wheels nuts get lose up because the guy from tire Greek put the centric ring on between the wheels and the hub which don’t needed. They just try to sell these rings for high prices $70 and lie to you!!! Don’t go there! They will also scratch your rims, damage your car and might got you in an car accident! *the last picture is showing my wheel fitting perfectly and no need no ring*
