Customer reviews
This place was God sent!! So, while I was leaving work yesterday, a coworker said my tire was flat! When I looked at it, is wasn't deflated-still hard, (thatswhatshesaid 🤣😂)but I went to the gas station near my job and got a can of fix a flat so that I could get home safely. Once home, there is THIS tire shop right across the street but they were closed. This morning I called and spoke with Edwin who told me to bring the car by before 330pm. I got there before 11am and in the short time I was there, he looked at and EXAMINED my tires and SHOWED ME that: 1) the tire that was supposed to be flat was just "low"- BUT 2) the tire front drivers side was BALD from the inside and would need to be replaced soon. 3) He noticed that I was gonna need brake pads and rotors on the front but the back looked pretty good still. 4) I told him I've been duct taping my windows because when it rains the water gets inside the car. He took the time to look online to search for weather stripping for my car and then told me where to get it!! 5) he gave me a super reasonable price for the rotation and filling my tires with air!! In this day and age of "predatory" mechanics against women, this young man showed me what was wrong, alternate routes to address those issues, a real timeframe for when those issues could become a problem- all without malicious intent to make a buck because im a "woman" He was of such great help to me I could have cried! Such a relief to know that kindness, honesty and professionalism still exists in this world! The least I could do in return was to ask him for some flyers for my apartment complex so others can find out what a GEM this gentleman is!! (I put them in the lounge after getting the property manager's permission ❤️🥰) So YES! GO HERE!! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! I'm bout to look for the brake pads/rotors RIGHT NOW!!😁❤️
They noticed my A-arm was loose and secured it No additional charge. I was just there for a tire change. All praises to Yahuah for sending me to this shop.
They were extremely helpful and quick to supply me with 2 used tires. I didn't feel pressured to purchase more than I needed and they encouraged me to reach out if I had questions. I was very pleased with my experience.
I scraped the curb pretty badly with my two right tires; I have a warranty on the tires with Toyota, but since I can only use that once, I wanted to make sure they were damaged enough to necessitate using the warranty. I drove by this shop to get a quick inspection, and the service was speedy and very friendly! I’ll definitely come back for other services when needed. It’s always refreshing to see that friendly neighborhood businesses still exist. :) Thanks again!
I am a repeat customer and live close so this is my go-to tire spot whenever I have any issues. The service is always friendly, straight forward and to the point. And prices are always fair. This tire shop is definitely honest and fair and I've never sensed any red flags. I pretty much come here when I need something tire related.
