Ruth helped us over the phone with getting our furniture set up, and she was extremely helpful, patient, and kind while explaining everything. She made the process very easy and stress-free. When it came time for delivery, Ernesto and Brandon brought our furniture and put everything together. They were very professional, respectful, and efficient. They worked quickly but also made sure everything was assembled properly and placed where we wanted it. They were also very friendly and had great attitudes, which made the experience even better. I really appreciate the great customer service from everyone involved. The whole process—from ordering over the phone to delivery and setup—was smooth and easy.
