I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and great mannerism that Ernesto and brandon showed while being at my house and how they went above and beyond their expectations. I also thank Ruth for her outstanding help and support to find me a fridge and her professionalism. I highly recommend them if u need anything

Brandon was our delivery driver today and he was fabulous very helpful ask many times if we had any questions he hooked everything up gave us all the info we needed on the product and was on his way will keep doing business with rent a center and there staff

Ruth helped us over the phone with getting our furniture set up, and she was extremely helpful, patient, and kind while explaining everything. She made the process very easy and stress-free. When it came time for delivery, Ernesto and Brandon brought our furniture and put everything together. They were very professional, respectful, and efficient. They worked quickly but also made sure everything was assembled properly and placed where we wanted it. They were also very friendly and had great attitudes, which made the experience even better. I really appreciate the great customer service from everyone involved. The whole process—from ordering over the phone to delivery and setup—was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Rent-A-Center to anyone looking for good service and reliable delivery.
