Loved the whole experience. Dom on the phone was amazing and very straightforward. Demarcus and Ernesto doing the delivery were the funniest and best people you could have sent to do the job.

I had a wonderful experience with Rent-A-Center from start to finish. Ruth helped us over the phone with getting our furniture set up, and she was extremely helpful, patient, and kind while explaining everything. She made the process very easy and stress-free. When it came time for delivery, Ernesto and Brandon brought our furniture and put everything together. They were very professional, respectful, and efficient. They worked quickly but also made sure everything was assembled properly and placed where we wanted it. They were also very friendly and had great attitudes, which made the experience even better. I really appreciate the great customer service from everyone involved. The whole process—from ordering over the phone to delivery and setup—was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Rent-A-Center to anyone looking for good service and reliable delivery.
