I want to take a moment to recognize Tim for the amazing service he always provides. Every time I’ve worked with him, he has been nothing short of outstanding. Tim shows that he truly cares about his customers, and I appreciate the effort and professionalism he brings every single time. Also : Voo, I just want to sincerely apologize for snapping at you. That wasn’t fair to you, and I truly didn’t mean to come across that way. I appreciate your help and patience, and I’ll do better moving forward.

We started using this location when frank was the manager. We didnt like how frank was selling us a ripped up couch. We tried to tell him amd he gave us a run around. Fast forward to after frank left or whatever happen to him norm and his team are AMAZING we havent had any problems. We are so greatful for them and we keep coming back because norm amd tim are amazing and respectful. I tell anyone to go and talk to them
