I only went in here to return an Amazon order. They were very pleasant and accommodating
This place is awful. I’m currently standing here while this dude spend FOREVER to process my Amazon returns. It’s unbelievable how long this takes. It’s a simple process and yet he has chosen the least efficient way to do it. Imma have my next birthday before this man finishes, I dono if the hope is I’ll be so bored I’ll buy something but I think I’m more likely to die of old age on one of these overpriced couches than to have the time to discuss buying one with him. Kohl’s. Just go to Kohl’s.
I’ve been patient with this particular rent-a-center but they have horrible customer service. I had to pay another week to keep a couch I don’t want to keep and they still have not come to pick it up today and they scheduled and promised. I told them I will put it outside and will not make another payment after today. I don’t want it come and get it and stop trying to make money off of people when you could have come and picked this up a lot sooner!

So freaking annoying the day your payment is due they call you several times like you don’t know that’s the due date… I wouldn’t rent here you’re better off buying whatever cash if you can
They have poor communication how am I suppose to know that if you don’t make payments on time that you are not allowed to get anything else but the payment was made hell things happen I was trying to get a ps5 for a gift to someone and now I can’t because I haven’t been making payments on time that is crazy this rent a center gets 1 star for me I’m very upset because I should of been told that before I paid money for the ps5
We started using this location when frank was the manager. We didnt like how frank was selling us a ripped up couch. We tried to tell him amd he gave us a run around. Fast forward to after frank left or whatever happen to him norm and his team are AMAZING we havent had any problems. We are so greatful for them and we keep coming back because norm amd tim are amazing and respectful. I tell anyone to go and talk to them
