I rented a 7.0 cf chest freezer yesterday. Paid all associated fees, etc. It's 10:40 pm the following day, and I still have not received my freezer. 24 hour delivery is NOT true. I have not received a text, email, or phone call regarding an upcoming delivery. I was told yesterday, at approximately 2:40 pm, that they were unsure when the delivery could be expected, as they were waiting for their Manager to return to the office. Suffice it to say, the Manager has not returned!?! I will be reaching out to them in the morning. This is NOT how you begin a new client relationship.
