Returned my items from Amazon to this store. Person who waited on me was fast, accurate and got me out of there in just a couple minutes.
I have been doing business with this store for years. The new management is awful they are harassing and just plain rude. I was behind a week they show up at my house someone I've never meet before. Tells me we have new management blah blah. I told him i would need a few days ....he says oh no no im going to have to call the manager. mind you the previous manager and Calvin would have never handle the situation in that matter.Just to put out it out there at the time i had a death in the family and alot of other things going on. Just piss poor customer service all about the money thats not the way to keep loyal customers. I'd give a 0 but you have to rate atleat 1.
If I could give 0 stars I would! My second time giving them a try and they are just rude and unhelpful. Firstly you bring me my furniture and break it and blame the manufacturer and say you’ll come to fix it and never do. I missed a payment on Saturday and on Monday you tell me that I need to schedule a pick up because you can’t wait till Wednesday. Do not rent from them! Aaron’s is honestly the best place to go to they are forgiving and will work with you.
Wonderful experience. Stephanie was so helpful and got exactly what I wanted which exceeded my expectations with the price I wanted! Couldn't have asked for more!
You have to call customer service to fix any of the problems the in store people cause. You will buy a bundle and they don’t give it to you. They give you a used pos system that’s full of hair and whatever else. And will not do a thing to fix the situation. Guess they prefer you go to Aaron’s. You can’t advertise something and not provide it. I tried to work with the store that. Your DM is calling me to resolve the issue so thanks for making me have to do all that to simply get what I ordered and now have to pay for.
Everyone at this location in Sherman has been extremely easy to work with. Kind and considerate and helped me find what I was looking for. The employees and management have always been patient and friendly. Easy to work with. Easier to do business with.
