Ordered a fridge and was told it would be here within a week now 2 weeks later still nothing. Manager made it seem like employee lied to us. Stay away

Easy, took me less than 2 minutes from start to sign and approve. Pretty cool.
I was a little hesitant to make the call and ask about a new bedroom set..I was also excited to hear the news when the manager told me I can have my bedroom set delivered by Monday and no cost till my next payday I was so relieved and happy to hear... thank you in advance..as a loyal customer I really appreciate it .
So i applied for credit online and made a contract for a tv and a washer & dryer. Got a call that i needed to do autopay before items can be delivered ok no problem so far. Autopay got set up so they scheduled me for delivery. Then in the day of delivery i get a call from a manager stating that i needed to make a payment before items can be delivered. I asked why wasn't this stated when delivery was scheduled i would have gladly paid for it. But now the day of delivery you just asking. No answer. This was so upsetting as i have been waiting a week to receive the tv washer and dryer. So i was like just forget the whole thing i go elsewhere. My roommate called them to make the payment they asked first and now they saying i dont have an account with them when they called me to ask for payment. The customer service at this RAC on grissom is a joke.
The staff was wonderful and helpful. Delivery people installed our washer and dryer for us. They were friendly and professional. Great experience overall. We paid our washer and dryer of early. We are very happy!
Awful, just awful. Twice now I have had to leave or miss work to facilitate delivery, and twice those deliveries have had to be rescheduled. I just moved here and started a new job. Asking for time off for deliveries that don't happen is not a good look. The incompetence in this store is now affecting my life. You know what's a worse look? When I don't even get notified because the staff can't get it together/communicate. Then some "manager" (like I give a damn about your title) has the audacity to call me disrespectful because I spoke to him the way I would speak to my Soldiers. Grow up and get it done. It is your job to facilitate my delivery, not visa versa. Worth noting: have a contingency plan in place to make good on your promises when someone calls in sick.
