I was a little hesitant to make the call and ask about a new bedroom set..I was also excited to hear the news when the manager told me I can have my bedroom set delivered by Monday and no cost till my next payday I was so relieved and happy to hear... thank you in advance..as a loyal customer I really appreciate it .

So i applied for credit online and made a contract for a tv and a washer & dryer. Got a call that i needed to do autopay before items can be delivered ok no problem so far. Autopay got set up so they scheduled me for delivery. Then in the day of delivery i get a call from a manager stating that i needed to make a payment before items can be delivered. I asked why wasn't this stated when delivery was scheduled i would have gladly paid for it. But now the day of delivery you just asking. No answer. This was so upsetting as i have been waiting a week to receive the tv washer and dryer. So i was like just forget the whole thing i go elsewhere. My roommate called them to make the payment they asked first and now they saying i dont have an account with them when they called me to ask for payment. The customer service at this RAC on grissom is a joke.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. Delivery people installed our washer and dryer for us. They were friendly and professional. Great experience overall. We paid our washer and dryer of early. We are very happy!
