Will never shop here again did a order Friday didn’t get a call till Monday while I was at work then I called back when I got off work employee said his manager will call me first thing in the morning. Manager didn’t call me all day so I then called Tuesday when I got off and the manager told me he had already canceled my account and refunded me my money back And also stated that the washer and dryer I want it was no good and it was in new Braunfels. The manager then lied to me and told me he called me several times And the truth was, he only called one time and left one message. I ended up going to Best Buy and got a new washer and dryer within an hour. And the account is still saying I owe when I never got the item delivered Do better and get a better manager, Rent-A-Center

This Rent-a-Center is without a doubt the worst one. The employees that I interacted with were not helpful and seemed like they hated there job and were rude. The whole experience was lame. Bad communication all around on their end. I went to the location off Fredericksburg and had the polar opposite of a time. I went home with out a hassle and with what I wanted. Go there

Iv been a customer for years and Joe has been geat. I never had a problem with joe.i don't recall a time were I called and didn't get a answer. From my experience over many years I give 5 stares. Good job joe

The manager is condescending, he acts the know all...I tried to make arrangements to pay a late pymt and he had the audacity to ask me why..that is none of his business!! I have been a long time customer of this business and never had to deal with such rudeness. MY advice is to go to another location otherwise you will have to deal with this horrible man!!!
