Rent-a-center provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I rented a refrigerator from them for a couple months while awaiting the delivery of a unit I purchased. They delivered promptly, provided clear terms and instructions, picked up the unit promptly, and automatically canceled my payments when I called for pickup. The only glitch was an attempt to charge me for *health insurance* as part of the contract - gotta read those things. Perhaps a throwback to previous scammy practices? Anyhow, I'd gladly rent from them again should the need arise.

They are very helpful John is very helpful and willing to help anything I’ve been with them for a while I got my sofas and paid them off within a few months now I got a tv and bed set almost done paying them off also can’t wait to get something different hopefully my laptop I’ve been wanting also Solomon is very helpful and nice

I was having a hard time on line picking out the right sectional so I decided to go in and check out the displays . John was so helpful and awesome. Anything I saw he gave all the information I needed. If it came in another color, what different styles it comes in, helped me with the info I needed to complete my order. Didn’t rush me even though I took him around the store 3 times on two different days so my husband could also come in to see my choices. The store was clean and had a positive vibe, the music and the other employees also helped too! Thank you so much !! You guys are awesome Aloha🌺🤙

Was approved online for an Xbox. I’ve gotten lots of things from there. And then I got the run around of what location it was at. So I went into a location to make them help me. Went to this location yesterday and waited for awhile which is fine but turns out someone that worked there was just sitting on the couch watching football (right next to me) Didn’t even ask me if I needed help. He also had a cigar in his hand? Weird. Then the guy gave me the run around again. So I left and went to Aaron’s and they got me in and out with a nice Xbox for cheaper and in 15 mins
