Me and my wife we want to give special recognition to Ruth for her excellent customer service and her kindness in helping my wife secure a washing machine—a true urgency—since ours broke down a week ago. And we haven't had time to go to the laundromat because we have a family member in critical condition in the hospital. My wife explained the situation to Ruth, and with professionalism and top-notch customer service, she resolved the problem immediately; the washing machine is already here at our home, and we only spoke with her two hours ago! Thank you very much Ruth. 🙏.

The store is poorly managed; they fail to properly supervise the items being sold and hand out used, non-functional merchandise. I tried to purchase a PC two weeks ago, but they gave me a used unit that was completely unusable because it was locked. Then, they gave me a second used unit—this one with a defective BIOS. I assume that when someone buys something, they should be given a brand-new item. Not recommended.

I have been a customer of this Rent a Center for over 15 years and have always received excellent treatment and the best customer service until 3 weeks ago when a new manager arrived named ERICK who is a super rude person and not only treated me badly and yelled at me but also at my husband. Because we politely asked him by phone to wait for us 1 day on the payment. And it's not the first time we've done this; we've done it before, but we've never been treated so badly and yelled at so much. Before this man arrived, they always treated us very well. And with respect. I've spent a lot of money on furniture at this store for years and I've never returned anything because I always end up keep in it and paying for it. I never hesitate to take furniture from this store, but now I'm thinking about returning what I just took a few months ago but I'm thinking abou it because I've almost finished paying for it again like I allways do. But after this furniture incident, with this new Manager Erick. I will never buy anything from this rental center again as long as that man is working there.

Do not do business this place will charge you double the original price then charge you finance fees and then sneak in insurance fees to keep I you paying after you are done paying, I have been over charged twice by them and the first time they refunded me but the second time nope so I lost my money but I will never do business with them again!

The manager, Erick assisted me with my selection of a new sectional and dining table with ease, in a timely manner and made sure to add me to the next business day delivery! I am highly impressed with their customer service, along with patience as I was unsure of which items I wanted and kept changing my mind. Juan and Jerry were the customer account representatives whom were efficient and were able to move in my new furniture into my home despite the slight challenge of the gate door to my property being on the smaller side. They delivered both my dining table and a sectional that has 2 recliners in it on the SAME DAY! Which if you are familiar with recliners it means the sectional is much heavier than usual! They made it look easy and moved the furniture as cautiously as they would treat their own. Thank you Rent - A - Center @ 1828 WW White Road 👏🏽💪🏽💯
