Horrible these people made me feel so uncomfortable to purchase from them the black guy that did my order made me feel like I was about to scam or run off with there items, kept trying to tell me what they do if I don’t pay and trying his hardest not to rent to me, made me so uncomfortable I left with out placing a order. They stereotyped me I feel like because of the color of my skin ! And was not being honest about ANYTHING! Run don’t walk from this location DONOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION

Very horrible communication. They didn’t keep up with telling me about my washer purchase. To find out they were going to scrap it and will call me if something else comes up. They Never canceled my order and my account shows it is still active with an upcoming payment due. WTH! So I had to call corporate support to make sure it all got canceled.

I'm very disappointed in rent a center going send me a washer and dryer but the washing machine doesn't work gotta be careful who I do business with smdh

Horrible do not recommend they don’t care about fixing your items. Live on base and their technician Renee says it’s too long of a wait to get a visitors pass and doesn’t have time to wait and hasn’t fix our washer. I have 2 elementary schoolers and they have school next week and I can’t wash their clothes due to poor service. They are also disrespectful while we’ve been sick with pneumonia and had to reschedule and they wanna say not our problem. Trash go somewhere else.
