Went earlier today, not entirely knowing what I wanted, but looking for an entertainment Center, approached by Keith, dude was on point, extremely knowledgeable and persuasive. Going to be in later this week after I butter up the wife 😂

I mean so far it’s been great until I needed them to pick up the item. I felt like I was being forced into getting another item before they would pick this one up. I definitely dislike being pressured into making a decision right away. I plan on getting something else but I don’t know now. I’m not sure if I want to continue business with rent a center. It feels kind of sketchy. This is my second time asking for the item to be picked up and have been told they would see when they can do that. So I’m still waiting as of today.

There Employees and drivers are very disrespectful. They will come to your house banging on your door and will try to open your door to see if it’s unlocked to try to enter without permission when I deal with these people I ONLY go through Nick. He is the only ONE that’s professional and understanding at this Rent-A-Center if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be going BK

I called in advance about what I needed to start a contract so I could go fully prepared and not waste mine time nor theirs they told me nothing just an id... Bs they asked me for a lease when I said I don't have they never told me I could use a bill I sat there for about an hour while they played around in the back before they said they couldn't help me without a lease like not only did you have me there for an hour and wasted mine time but your as well won't ever be using RAC
