Six calls to me and four calls to my husband in one day. We work for a living instead of sitting around scamming people. For a company that has been sued for harassment in the past you would think that they would calm down on something that is due today. The only reason I haven’t returned the sofa is because I’ve already invested too much money into it. The nonstop collection-style calls are bad enough, but trying to sell me additional products while harassing us with calls is beyond ridiculous. If the goal is to lose a customer for life, they’re doing a great job.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. Albert, the manager, has repeatedly contacted me for payments and then failed to apply those payments to my account. I was explicitly told by a staff member that I could pay on Mondays as long as I paid extra—which I did. Despite this agreement, Albert later contacted me claiming I am “always late,” which is false. On one occasion, my husband made a payment directly to him, and it was never applied to our account. This is not a misunderstanding—it is a pattern. I have saved all conversations and payment records as proof. I am actively reporting this location to corporate and am pursuing legal action regarding the mishandling of payments. I strongly advise others to stay clear of this location. What is happening here is unethical and unacceptable.

Have been struggling a bit but have not NOT paid them Christmas put me behind a bit and was only able to pay $50.62 and still somehow had to pay $98 and some change on top of that the msgs and calls I received are border line harassment tbh and once I pay off for my merchandise I will no longer buy from them just horrible horrible horrible

When I first ordered my bedroom set Gilbert came set it up with a new guy and they did amazing and got the job done &’ picking it back up Gilbert came by himself and got the job done fast even with bringing the dresser down by himself . Service was great with him 10/10 thank you !!!

Let me tell you Danny is an all around great guy!!! He delivered my entire bedroom set and television by himself within an hour of me going into the store to purchase it. He was very nice and is really passionate about what he does. Couldn’t ask for better service from this location. I will definitely be recommending this store and especially Danny.
