We have been loyal to this location for some years and through quite a bit of leases. They always find what we want and put up with my picky self. They are always professional, and friendly. Even, when I am not being nice. However, they always save the day and smile. We pay off our leases early to save but they already know I find something new again 😆. I usually get new couches every year or two. This time a new smart washer and dryer for our new home. They happily deliver. THANKS FOR ALWAYS HELPING US OUT FOR THE STUFF WE NEED! (The Moreida-Vargas Family) P.S. this March they had exclusive Ashkey Couches that only RAC has and Ashley couldn't even offer me similar. I should have known. Because they looked for them.and delivered they next day. 🫠

This Rent-A-Center has terrible customer service. They don’t take care of their customers at all. The Benefits Plus program feels like a scam — they promise repairs and service, but never actually follow through. I spent over a year trying to get my furniture fixed and kept getting the runaround every single time. I’m honestly glad my account is no longer with this store.

It was an easy experience the only thing is they require someone to be on the lease where you stay at or have a bill or utilities in your name for proof of residency and they do not accept regular mail sent through post office

The manager christian is AMAZING hes so good at his job it blows my mind. He always is very communicative and fills my needs all up. Good job christian

Don’t go here, guys are useless. I made an online order tried to cancel the order and they were no help then said I had to call the 1800 number when I asked for it they couldn’t give it to me after he said he could give the number to me. No help at all here
