I would like to recognize Thomas at the W. Commerce location. He consistently provides outstanding customer service and always goes above and beyond. He is friendly, professional, and takes the time to answer all of our questions. My wife and I always feel welcomed and appreciated when we come in. Thomas greets us with a positive attitude and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you, Thomas, for your excellent service!

It should have a lower rating. I have purchased there before but will no longer. I went in for a washer and dryer, I was given a certain price over the phone. When I went in I was being charged around $50 over what I was quoted by Mario. I settled for a lower amount and set up for delivery between 2 and 5. Around 4:40 I called and was told by Mario they were 20 minutes away, I told him I could only wait until 5:30. He put me on hold, then he said they can't guarantee delivery because of traffic. I was waiting for him to offer another delivery but he said he was going to cancel the order because they can't guarantee delivery. Upset I asked when will I get my refund he replied "it's up to your bank". After calling corporate I was told that Mario told them I cancelled the order, and I demanded my refund in cash. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN. AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.. I've called corporate and made 2 separate claims and still haven't received a respons or my refund. I REFUSE TO RETURN TO THAT LOCATION WHERE MARIO IS ALLOWED TO LIE ABOUT WHAT HE TELLS CUSTOMERS.

This RAC location was always great! I made the mistake of purchasing stuff at another RAC due to location & omg never again, biggest mistake!! I paid off my things at that other RAC & now that I’m on the hunt for some new items I will definitely be returning to this location for my next purchase(s) as they were always professional, understanding & deliveries were always on time! Not sure if Johny still works there but him & his manager were always great. Thank you keep up the good work.

The store is very nicely kept the staff is really nice and friendly .They delivered my things in great condition. I will continue doing business with them .

Me and my husband bought a bed from here and sold it to us with no bed frame or rails. Just a headboard a bed. We had to buy the part for it from Ashley’s because they had a different set up put up when we purchased it, basically lied to us. And then he promised he would put it in the back for us and every time we went back to pay it within a month time zone they didn’t put it up, they never did.. and then whenever they were gonna deliver it they said they would be at my house by 2 they didn’t come until about 4pm. I was very upset with this service.. and I won’t be back. I don’t know if it’s every rent a center or what but I am not returning..
