Walked around the store for about 10mins before being acknowledged and there was only 1 other customer...took my business somewhere else

Donna was EXTREMELY rude today when all I had was a question about a piece of merchandise that was scheduled for pick up. I HIGHLY recommend and suggest that her manager Lesa either send this human being back to sales 101 or terminate her. What an ugly vision this "sales" person is giving Rent-A-Center.

Rent a center has always been professional and very helpful they always stick with you threw your whole sale or even if you don't buy nothing they will still put you as number one with whatever information you need

Zero complaints Got approved online, went into store was helped right away. Picked out my couch, ordered it, and I was out the door . Simple and excellent.

Randy, the store manager, worked nothing short of a miracle on the delivery and schedule. Go early, in the morning, and get what you need. Thanks, also, to Mr. Richard, for the delivery presentation—superbly professional and detailed. This store location knows how to give that O.G. Customer Service, that's what's missing in our society today. Happy New 🎊 Year.
