Rent-A-Center

Was supposed to get a new soundbar and new soundbar came DOA to the store and sends me a used soundbar. Which driver disclosed how much a previous customer owed on it when he brought it out right and that shouldn’t have been disclosed. Then I bought a pair of air pods and store keeps sending me a contract for an Apple Watch. When notified the store still kept sending me contracts for a watch when I don’t have a watch and soundbar never came with a remote called the store about these two issues and was told new soundbars don’t come with remote controls. When in fact they do come with a remote! BUYER BEWARE ! Customer service is terrible at this store and rent a centers corporate office doesn’t follow through with request to speak with a district manager and gives you the run around! Be the LAST time I do business with this company! Worst experience ever

If I could Give 0 stars I would. The man that works there named Leroy is horrible. He has attitude. He does not know how to talk to people. He does not know how to do his job correctly. I still am waiting on the washer and dryer that I ordered. They sent me LG when I clearly went in the store annd picked Maytag and now I’m stuck paying those until the other ones come in which it’s been well over six months so I doubt I’m going to get the ones I want. What kind of business sends you what they want. On top of that I never signed a contract. They said the contract would come the day I got the washer and dryer and I never had to sign anything. Leroy is the worst person and to have so many reviews with the same name constantly means there’s a problem with said individual. Leroy needs to reprimanded for his actions and how he treats people. Do not go here. Do not speak with Leroy save your money and go somewhere else.

Old,Dirty,Rusted,I think it was picked up during brush collection.You have to zoom in too see this Madness..Almost 300 Dollars you can own these Appliances. Something out of the Movie JOE Apartment.You be the JUDGE!!!!!!!!
