HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. i worked with an associate over the phone to verify my info for my approval & order since I have a disability that does not permit me to drive, the associate said they completely understood and would have no problem processing my information and placing the order. After the sales associate Steven took my payment the next day after receiving confirmation for delivery and calling the store to check on the status. The manager SAL was completely unprofessional stating that the confirmation messages were just "automated" and would have to buy in store to use my approval from the start. when communicating what was told to me by HIS employee he then completely CANCELLED my order without any desire to resolve the issue while refusing to explain why a payment was taken and HUNG UP on me when I requested the 1-800 number. Having to call back multiple times after he tried giving me the wrong 800 # !!!

Mathew has great customer service and isvery understanding.👍🙏😀When it comes to a employee name Gabriel, he thinks he's a manager and says he's a manager and isn't a manager. He is very rude no customer service at all. Rent a center shouldn't be having somebody like Gabriel dealing with customers. I called when Gabriel said he was the manager and I needed to make a payment. He gave me a payment that I didn't agree on so I told him I would wait until someone else was available. He said if I didn't make the payment with him it would be late. he also stated if I wanted to bring back the sofa and get something else in the price range I was trying to pay. what is wrong with you,please do not speak to Gabriel☹️👎.

I have been with this store for over 17 years. Never had a problem with customer service or my deliveries. They are all very friendly and very caring.
