I would like to congratulate the entire Rent-A-Center (Rac) team for the outstanding service I received. From the very beginning, the store manager Angelica and the front desk associate Jessica provided exceptional customer service. They were friendly, cheerful, helpful, and truly professional—exactly how every customer hopes to be treated. I urgently needed a washer and dryer because I had to travel, and they worked quickly to make everything happen. We scheduled the delivery for around 6 or 7 PM, but to my surprise, the delivery driver and installer Eugenio arrived at my home around 4:00 PM. Eugenio is a 24-year-old young man who is very hardworking, polite, respectful, and an excellent professional. He did a flawless installation and paid great attention to detail. I have been living in McAllen, Texas, in the Valley, for four years, and I can honestly say I have never been treated this well by any store—whether big or small, including shopping malls. This is the first time I’ve experienced such outstanding customer service in the entire area. For all these reasons, I give five stars and highly recommend Rent-A-Center to everyone looking for fast, reliable, and truly excellent service. I

They have always been straight with me. Always nice and ready to help. And patient with requests and questions. ***The manager is AWESOME!!! He drove a little over an hour (round trip), just to get me the PS4 I wanted to give my boyfriend for his birthday as a last minute surprise!!! SUPERB customer service!!!! 💙💚💙💚💙
