Be careful when going to this store. They will still process the items after you change your mind. Be careful with Rob he will harass you. This is not right and very unprofessional.

2025, rent a center couldnt manage to deliver my furniture for 3 days, 1st the system was down, 2nd day they were doing a delivery to los fresnos & couldnt manage to make it back on time we are now currently speaking day 3 & just got off the phone with them & once again they couldnt manage to do my delivery for today till tommorow from 3-5 how it has been stated & agreed for the past 3 days.

2025 and “Rob” is still using the excuse that I couldn’t honor a delivery time slot because we are short staffed. It’s not the actually delivery that matters to me it’s that I wasted my day waiting from 3-5 for it to arrive and it never did. Just make the phone call and let me know that it won’t be delivered. Don’t tell me at 5:10 when I call that you were just about to call me. Why not call earlier? I only did business with them because I could do everything online but once the actual human interaction starts these guys have to drop the ball. Hire staff if you’re short staffed. Make adjustments not excuses!

Horrible customer service the guy kept harassing me and being disrespectful, we had come to an agreement to make the payment every other Wednesday I made the arrangement more More with one guy and they said it was all set up and ready to go, but they continued to call me saying that it never happened and that I needed to make a payment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, they will harass you and are very disrespectful.
