The website was very easy to use and navigate and i was able to upload all my documents with ease.
The two so-called managers have very very nasty attitudes The stuff I ordered charged me as new out of five items that I ordered only one of them was new the rest of them is used and they try to charge me new prices I order the mattress online but they gave me the cheapest matches they had in the store then once I go in the hospital the whole attitude change I recommend anybody to not rent from Rent-A-Center I don't know why I passed up Aaron's but the Renaissance and Galveston they need a class on how to treat people the way they want to be treated and how to talk to people the way they want to be talked to

As a first time rent to own buyer I had an amazing experience. Valencia & Mr. Arthur are simply amazing at their jobs. Valencia provides exceptional service and is the absolute best! Mr Arthur works so hard, he made this first time appliance purchase so simple with the excellent delivery services.

The two amazing ladies that work there were extremely professional and caring. I came in there with my family to buy a bed, bed frame, and bedroom set. They treated us very well stayed late to make our order happen and was absolutely amazing with our children. Rent A Center is very lucky to have such great employees there! Even the guy that was there was amazing! Super satisfied with the service we got there and we will definitely be using them again soon. From this point forward this will be the only rent a center we use! Thank you so much for the amazing service!
