They have really bad customer service. It takes them so long to actually come to your house and do their job that you end up getting frustrated before they finally show up.

Not enough customer service to satisfy questions about our needs at that present time of visit. Were interested in two round endtables and matching coffee table. Were told they weren't available but nothing beyond probability of selling us the displays or ordering them or not? Would have purchased them.

They are the nicest people ever! From the manager to the delivery guys. They found what I wanted and are very courteous. I live the Fort Stockton Crew!

I bought a washer and dryer. I am very happy with the quality of equipment and delivery of product. Interest rates are high if you choose to pay out. The cash price was comparable to other big name stores. They offer 120 days same as cash which is the best deal.

The lady that helped me with my purchase was exceptionally nice and very helpful. She also went and spoke to the manager and had money taken off for me without me even trying to haggle the price. Needless to say I'm very happy with my purchase and my time spent at Aaron's.
