Ordered a memory foam mattress and frame. She tried to sell me the hybrid I explained my back can't take the springs and memory only. Manager said, fine we'll order. Call them back 3 weeks later trying to get an update on this so called 'order' and find out they had the hybrid in the contract and said I'm not signing that. She again consoles me and says no problem we'll wait on the memory one. The following week I call, not them call me, and find out they've got it in and are delivering the following week. After waiting 5 weeks for an expensive mattress that sells for 250 on amazon they deliver the wrong one anyways! I'm over this location, taking my business elsewhere. Amazon I'm coming! - 1 star

This store should be a shining example to all rent a centers on how customer service should be (take notes east berry st location) unlike the store manager stangelo at east berry st, Sal and Melinda ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! they not only give you the best deal they can but they actually listen and work with you they were punctual polite at every turn and very helpful a prime example I ordered a Lenovo legion go from they're online store and unfortunately it was defective not they're fault it was Lenovo's for giving them a defective product they ordered me a new one and they're communication was on point if your looking for a better rent to own option there is no store better than well Rent-A-Center but this store is your go to store, THANK YOU SAL AND MELINDA Y'ALL ARE AMAZING
They give you used stuff and expect you to be ok with it,then you ask for new stuff and when they come to your house with the same stuff and say this is what we have,then you go to the store and ask them for a different one they say ok its all brand new but when are taken out old ones and the other guy opens new stuff and it's broken

I walked in and a guy spoke even though he was with a customer, then four other workers emerged and none of them spoke or came to assist me. I waited 5 more minutes before to see if someone would assist me. I left and went to Aarons and bought the washing machine I was looking for. 2 rating only because the initial gentleman acknowledged me and said someone will be with me Shorty!

I got most everything done online. They didn't have what I was wanting in stock, so they ordered one. 4 days later they had it, I walked in signed papers and walked out. I have no complaint and thanks to Jeremy for getting things done fast! Look forward to trying World of Tanks!
