To my boy, Kevin nix into my homegirl Carri they show you good hospitality, very gentle very concerned about their customers, and I would recommend that everybody come to this Rent-A-Center and see them because they will make you feel at home
.My experience at Rent-A-Center was prompt, courteous, and reliable service.
System is very discriminatory, if you rent something and return it within a week, and drop by after a year the system put you in a "level 5" with the ability to only rent used appliances and furniture. Staff won't do anything to help since it's "automated"
The best experience I have ever had with a rent to own place! From kevin at the store and his outstanding customer service, and got us our mattress out to us same day, never have we had that, to the dilivery crew that brought it Tom and his partner were professional and kind. Renee was wonderful! She was so helpful with our payment plan. They have some great furniture in there, and all the workers Kevin and Renee are nice and courteous.
The RAC store manager has a bad attitude. Owes us $100 for a computer that still had someone else’s information and had passwords that prevented us from using it at all. It was returned about an hour after purchasing. We were told the next day to show up at 10:30am which was this morning and upon arrival she was already in a bad mood and questioned why I was there. I told her I was there for see what other options we had. Which didnt seemed like she wasn’t interested in trying to work with us. Then tried to sell us a MAC and when I asked her about honoring the price we had agreed on the previous computer that we were unable to use the first time she said no because the Mac was brand new which I told her the man from the night before informed us that all Mac’s are refurbished. She said no they were not which I brought up on the website which states the Mac she was trying to sell me was refurbished. And she acted like she didn’t have any clue about what I was talking about. She called the other location in Conroe to find one in my price range. I asked her if it was also refurbished and she said it’s in the box. So I asked her if it has had a previous owner she she stated again it was in the box. During this time she tried to blame my husband for ruining the keyboard after we purchased it but at this point “didn’t matter because it’s not available anymore” but just wanted to make us aware of it. When I called my husband right when she said that he said when he was trying to set it up he noticed that the back of the keyboard felt greasy where the batteries went but didn’t think anything of it and switched out the old batteries and replaced it with new ones that we had at home. I just came to a decision to get a refund and she said she didn’t have cash and that she would call me when she had the money. It is now 5:45pm the same day and she had not called. I called at 5:30 twice and no answer. They owe us $100. And which I was informed at another business that they could have been sued by whoever had the computer before we purchased it because their information was still in the computer and they did not follow the proper protocol to completely erase everything from the computer before being resold. I would not recommend this place and the store manager is a liar.
