Would not recommend or continue business with them. Back in 2023 I did a rent to own lease with them and never had a problem never had them call me always called ahead a time if I knew I was gonna be late on a payment I got my first big L sectional couch from them and after finally owning the couch because of how good and smooth everything was going I got a washer and dryer set from them in 2024. They've come to my house when it a was a glitch in their system that i havent paid. Continuously called me another, I guess customers name. While nothing changed from me I still call ahead I make my payments. Right on the dot in the morning of when my payments due they'll call me. Multiple times they said I havent paid but I've made a payment have to tell them what time who I talked to. I keep clear communication with them and they make it seem like im (the customer)is the problem. Would not recommend at all to go to them 2023 they were amazing i dont know what changed but 2024-2025 they've disappointing.

Now that me and my husband have a house we went back to aarons to purchase a stove and Tiffany helped me and I got a good deal on a preleased stove. Once that was paid off we needed a new washer and dryer. So of course I went back to aarons and this time Isabella helped. We were looking at preleased but she helped me find a good deal on a NEW set. Aarons will always be my go to when looking for any new appliances and furniture.

Walked in to find a new couch for my apartment and I looked around the store and some of the couches had dirt and cigarette burns. I finally found one I liked and lo and behold was a cockroach 🪳 literally crawling on the back of it in broad daylight. 😳 We instantly left after that. Unacceptable

My experience here is usually very positive. I have rented in the past and am renting currently. I would give Aaron's a 5 star review but the items are overpriced. I get it, it is what it is. But by the time all that interest hits you up you've spent 3 times what you'd spend at a regular store. I don't think I've ever had bad service here, everyone is always very helpful and considerate. I have always made it a point to never rent anything used, it has been brand new every time. Maybe that could be a problem others are having? They aren't making sure their items are new so they are getting used things that people may not have treated well. Anywho, great store, never any issues, always willing to help you out when needed.
